Wow! Today a special find!
A really beautiful, sturdy and
massiv old indian high grade silver amulet from Rajasthan.
It is adorned with two peacocks and an eye-shaped
flower on the front, has two bales and solid silver backing
(please ask for pictures).
As you can quickly see, this amulet has been part of an
antique necklace. It was originally strung on an old blue
faded cotton cord, which was broken (please ask for the
pics of the original state). Now, the amulets are sold
separately. As you can see aswell, a larger one and
seven smaller ones (which are still quite large) are
available in total.
It's quite a heavy pendant; 26gr for the small one and 32gr.
for the large one. The thick solid amulet (2mm thickness)
has been found in quite a dusty condition with a heavy patina.
The single amulet that is shown in the pics has been polished.
If you would like to have yours polished to a nice shine too, just let me know.
Otherwise it comes with heavy and dusty patina.
The one shown in the pics is one of the smaller pendants.

and 6.7cm (2.7") for the large.

Weight: 26gr. for the small and 33gr. for the large one
