A hard to find complete pair of egyptian zar
earrings with six attached bells.
The dangle hangs from two chains, which
form a triangle.
This kind of Zar earrings were worn during
the ceremonies which are held to take away or
protect the wearer of the zar-spirit,
which has taken possession of a person,
in order to heal this person from the spirits caused
illness.
These earrings are a true collectors item, but
they are also very wearable for every day¨
