Here we have a pair of rare old silver hoop earrings from Mauritania. Due to their handmade character, they are slightly different. This hoops are special old style. This means you have to bend the wire and slip in with the earlobe in order to put them on. Even if they are small, they have a substantial feel and a weight of 8gr. for this smaller pair. This pair will work for western standard earholes too, as the wire at the wearing point is 0.9mm. We have been lucky to acquire a larger collection of these with similar designs and different sizes.
