A rare and collectable Egyptian Zar amulet box pendant with five bead dangles attached. The box is not openable and has ornaments on the fronside. Five dangles with coral, agate and carnelian beads. This kind of Zar amulets were worn during the ceremonies which are held to take away or protect the wearer of the zar-spirit, which has taken possession of a person, in order to heal this person from the spirits caused illness.
