An Evil Eye blue glass (with a darker blue glass), set into a sterling silver (stamped 925) eye frame. When worn, the glass looks rather dark, but if you hold the amulet to the light, you can see that it's blue. The large bale will fit a thick chain or cord nicely. In perfect condition.
